BOOKING POLICY

Thank you for choosing TorqueHaus for your mobile detailing needs. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review our booking policy below:

Deposit Requirement

 

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.

  • Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

  • The deposit ensures your time slot is reserved and compensates for potential cancellations or no-shows.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand life happens. If you need to reschedule:

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.

  • Your deposit will be transferred to the new date one time only.

  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made after a deposit is placed will result in loss of the $50 deposit.

  • No-shows (failure to be present at the scheduled time/location) will also result in loss of deposit and may require full pre-payment for future bookings.

Weather Conditions

As a mobile service, weather may impact our ability to perform detailing. In such cases, we will contact you to reschedule at no additional cost.

Payment

The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of service.

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

  • Zelle

  • Venmo

  • Cash App

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay
